Filter Replacement
Bi-Annual Inspections
Spring/Summer Inspection:
Check condenser refrigerant pressures
Check condenser fan motor and all electrical components
Verify cleanliness of condenser and wash if needed
Check indoor electrical components including blower motor
Change customer-provided indoor air filter
Check condition of evaporator coil
Blow out condensate line with nitrogen
Provide detailed report highlighting any necessary adjustments or repairs
Fall/Winter Inspection:
Check refrigerant pressures for heat pump or condenser
Check low-voltage and high-voltage at condenser and all electrical components
Verify cleanliness of condenser and wash if needed
Check secondary electric strip heat on indoor air handler (where applicable)
Check furnace igniter and inducer motor (where applicable)
Verify proper operation of blower and all electrical components in air handler
Change customer-provided indoor air filter
Verify coil condition and cleanliness
Provide detailed report highlighting any necessary adjustments or repairs
